Join us for the adventure of a lifetime as we explore Bali. Tucked away and surrounded by rice fields and nature, we’ll spend 7 days in Ubud which is known for its hospitality and beauty. We will immerse ourselves in the healing practices of yoga, meditation, earthing, fresh foods, and everything you need to connect to your inner joy and wellbeing. We will spend time each day exploring Bali, cultivating self-care habits, and nourishing our bodies and minds with movement, spa treatments, meditations, adventures, and amazing food. Morning and evening yoga classes will be offered daily as well as a sunrise meditation, yoga nidra, and short afternoon workshops. Of course, there will also be time each day for reflection and personal space for your journey of wellbeing. Each experience offered is an invitation to explore self-care and self-love so that you return to your daily life feeling fully nourished and abundant and feeling the benefits of your time in Bali long after we part ways. Trip Details:

We will be staying at Oneworld Retreat Center in Ubud, Bali for 6 nights/7 days. The reputation of this retreat center is unparalleled and promises to deliver a 5 star experience. Lara and Erica have gone through great lengths to find the best place in Bali and be sure that every detail is thought of. While our headquarters for the week will be at the retreat center, there will be excursions almost each day and plenty of time for adventure and/or relaxation - whatever your heart desires. Although we want to keep the precise details of the day to day plans a surprise for you, here is a little more about what you can expect from your investment as well as what you’ll be responsible to purchase yourself and what is included in the cost of the retreat…

What’s Included:

  • Shared or Single Room for 6 nights/7 days (with air-conditioning and private terrace/balcony)

  • Access to 2 gorgeous swimming pools and wifi in restaurant area

  • Transportation upon arrival in Bali to Oneworld and return transportation to airport departing the retreat

  • 2 full meals each day with additional snacks and refreshments

  • Yoga classes and meditation every day

  • Beautiful yoga studio space with mats and props included

  • 2 special afternoon workshops to deepen your self-care and knowledge

  • 4 amazing group adventures/excursions (usually not included in retreat costs but we are covering all of them!)

  • A traditional Balinese massage from the incredible spa staff at Oneworld

  • Personal attention and support from Erica and Lara and the staff at Oneworld

  • Special gifts from Oneworld and Lara and Erica (of course, we can’t tell you what they are!)

  • Government tax and retreat center tips (you’re always welcome to leave extra tips if inclined)

What’s Not Included:

  • Airfare to and from Bali (we recommend Scott’s Cheap Flights <> to monitor possible good deals - $600-$1,000 roundtrip and Google Flights <> to search for various flight options)

    **Please note that you will need to allow for travel days pre and post retreat dates. Bali is a bit of a journey to get to (worth every bit of it!) so depending on your chosen flight you may need 1-2 days extra in order to arrive to the retreat week on time and get home when you expect. We are happy to help guide you if you have questions.

About Lara…

Lara Rosenberg, C-IAYT, E-RYT, YACEP began her journey of self-discovery and recovery in 1994 when she was formally introduced to the healing practices of yoga. In 2001, Lara completed her first yoga teacher training and continues learning. In 2005, Lara embarked on her voyage of Seva (selfless service) helping in humanitarian aide efforts in Sri Lanka and India. During this time, Lara began studying yoga therapy while living in India. Lara has trained with many yoga masters and teachers from around the world some of the most influential are Dave Oliver, Martin and Jordan Kirk, Asana Andiappan, Dharma Mittra, Tao-Porchon Lynch, David Emerson, Michael Meade and HeatherAsh Amara. Lara is the founder of VibeAsana™, Compassionate Yoga™ and Somatic Release Movement™. Lara is a Trauma Yoga Consultant working with medical facilities, veterans and courts. Lara owns OM3 Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona which focuses on working with small groups and individuals using yoga, breathing, meditation and sound healing.

About Erica…

Erica grew up in Arizona and began practicing yoga at age 15 to prevent spinal surgery for severe scoliosis. She fell in love with how the practice made her feel physically and mentally and decided to continue down the yoga path even after she was told by doctors that she no longer needed surgery but was given the grim prognosis of being in a wheelchair by age 40. Now, in her mid-thirties she is happier and healthier than ever (no wheelchair in sight) and feels that she owes much of her happiness and health to the study and practice of Yoga. For over a decade, Erica has studied with many amazing humans from around the world who have all had an impact on her life and will no doubt inspire her work with you! She earned her 200-hour teaching certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2008, 500 hour Master Immersions training with Mary Bruce and Lynn Matthews in 2012, and has studied with Para Yoga’s Rod Stryker, Michelle Dante, Max Strom, Sangeet Kaur Khalsa, Arun Deva and many others. Erica co-owned a successful yoga studio for 6 years and is now the Founder of Erica Rose Yoga LLC. In 2017, Erica was named Best Yoga Instructor in Phoenix by Natural Awakening Magazine.
