Mountainaire Retreat 2025

A far in, far out experience…

September 25-28 2025 | Flagstaff AZ

Welcome to Mountainaire, a unique community in Northern Arizona bordering National Forest land and nestled within the world’s largest ponderosa pine forest. This immersive wellness weekend will focus on both inward adventures—like yoga, breathwork, and meditation—and outward adventures, including mindful runs/walks, barefoot grounding practices, and paddleboarding.

Each day will feature nourishing, homemade meals, intentional wellness practices, and a balance of invigorating and restorative activities to revitalize your body and spirit.

This is Patrick and Erica’s first co-facilitated retreat with each bringing their own special magic! We promise to create a safe, fun, and inclusive space. All genders are welcome to join for this retreat.

More About Erica…

I’ll be your co-host on this retreat. If we don’t already know each other, I’m Erica. I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my partner, Patrick and our rescue pup and cat. I discovered yoga as a way to care for my body after being diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager and it has become a lifelong practice and companion. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2008. I owned my own studio for several years, and am forever learning and refining. You’ll find that my style is a mix of everyone I’ve learned from over the years, both yoga based and beyond. My teaching incorporates compassion, alignment, intuition, breath, mindfulness, curiosity, playfulness, and almost 20 years of experience. I look forward to spending this wilderness weekend together!

More About Patrick…

I'm Patrick. Retreat co-host, endurance athlete, and entrepreneur. My personal transformation from an overweight, alcoholic, anxiety ridden business owner to a centered, outdoor-loving ultra runner has brought purpose and meaning to my life beyond measure. My goal is to share some of the lessons I’ve learned over the years that have allowed me to complete races exceeding 100 miles. I’m here to help you to engage physically with the natural world and move your body as it was designed to. I invite you to join me in a dance through the forest—one filled with vulnerability, communal motion and, of course, snacks.
